CP Express Car Wash Terms and Conditions

By using CP Express car wash services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1.    Acknowledgment of Vehicle Condition

By bringing your vehicle to CP Express, you confirm that your car is in good condition and that any existing protective coatings (ceramic, paint protection film, wraps, etc.) have been properly applied. CP Express is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage to coatings, film, or wraps.

    2.    Limited Liability

CP Express takes every precaution to ensure your vehicle is washed safely and with the utmost care. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree that CP Express is not liable for any damages to your vehicle, including but not limited to:

    •    Scratches, swirls, or abrasions to the paint or protective coatings.

    •    Damage to any existing paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or other protective treatments.

    •    Fading, peeling, or any other issues related to the condition of the vehicle’s exterior or its coatings.

    •    Any damage caused by existing conditions such as loose trim, defective film, or poorly applied coatings.

    3.    Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle’s protective coatings, film, or wraps are properly maintained and in good condition before the wash. If there are concerns about the condition of the coatings or film, it is recommended to have them inspected before using our services.

    4.    Vehicle Inspection

We recommend that customers visually inspect their vehicle for any pre-existing damage or issues before the car wash. CP Express is not liable for damages that are identified after the car wash is completed, as we are not responsible for pre-existing damage that could become more apparent after the wash.

    5.    Exclusions and Limitations of Services

CP Express reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe for washing or if there are concerns that washing may cause damage to the vehicle’s exterior or protective coatings. These concerns include, but are not limited to, damaged or improperly applied coatings, worn-out wraps, or vehicles with highly delicate finishes.

    6.    Force Majeure

CP Express is not liable for any damages, delays, or service disruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, or equipment malfunctions.

    7.    No Liability for Lost or Stolen Items

CP Express is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from inside your vehicle during the hand wash process. We recommend securing all personal belongings before handing your vehicle over to our staff.

    8.    Agreement to Terms

By utilizing CP Express’s hand wash services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the condition of your vehicle, please discuss them with our staff prior to the wash.
